ROGERS, ARK. ? Kansas University’s women’s golf team was in 10th place of 19 teams after Sunday’s first round of the Lady Razorback Invitational at Pinnacle Country Club.

Iowa State leads the tournament after shooting a first-round 297, followed by host Arkansas with a 303.

Sophomore Jill Womble leads the Jayhawks after shooting an opening-round 78 to tie for 26th. Amanda Costner and Annie Giangrosso are tied for 43rd at 79. Tiffany Woods was tied for 51st at 80, and Chelsey Pryor carded an 83 to tie for 66th.
