Jackson angry about Eminem video

Rapper's lyrics target molestation charges

? Michael Jackson is reportedly angered by the way he is portrayed in rapper Eminem’s recently released video, “Just Lose It.” The pop singer is said to be so upset that he has asked networks to remove the video from their rotations.

“Michael Jackson is very angry. He feels that Eminem has crossed the line,” Jackson representative Ramone Bain told the Daily News in Tuesday editions. “Michael is calling on all networks to pull the video.”

Jackson talked about the video Tuesday with comedian Steve Harvey on the Los Angeles radio station 100.3 FM. “I am very angry at Eminem’s depiction of me in his video,” Jackson said. “I feel that it is outrageous and disrespectful. It is one thing to spoof, but it is another to be demeaning and insensitive.”

In the video, Eminem appears dressed mockingly as Jackson with a group of boys in the background, jumping. Then he sings the lyric in reference to Jackson’s child molestation allegations: “Come here little kiddie, on my lap. Guess who’s back with a brand new rap…”

Jackson has pleaded not guilty in Santa Barbara County to child molestation, conspiracy and administering alcohol to an underage companion.

In another scene, Jackson’s nose falls off, and he’s seen scrambling around on the floor looking for it. In another, the Jackson character comes face to face with the real Eminem, and the rapper vomits all over him.

“I’ve admired Eminem as an artist and was shocked by this,” Jackson said in the radio interview, according to a transcript provided by his publicist. “The video was inappropriate and disrespectful to me, my children, my family, and the community at large.”

So far, Black Entertainment Television has agreed to pull the video.

“Michael feels the video is disrespectful and offensive … it’s one thing to spoof someone, it’s another to be completely insensitive and disrespectful,” Bain said.

Jackson’s not the irreverent rapper’s only target: Eminem also pokes fun at Madonna, Pee-wee Herman and MC Hammer, utilizing appearances by the ubiquitous Paris Hilton, Eminem’s “8 Mile” costar Mekhi Phifer, Dr. Dre and Erik Estrada.
