Chat today with Boyda at 1 p.m., Moore at 3 p.m.

Readers of the Journal-World’s Web site will be able to chat online Monday with two Democrats running for local congressional seats on Nov. 2.

Nancy Boyda, a Topeka Democrat seeking the 2nd Congressional District seat now held by four-term incumbent Republican Jim Ryun, will chat at 1 p.m. Monday. (Submit a question early for Boyda). Libertarian Dennis Hawver is also on the 2nd District ballot.

U.S. Rep. Dennis Moore, a Lenexa Democrat who is seeking a fourth two-year term in the 3rd Congressional District, will chat at 3 p.m. Monday. Moore is being challenged by Republican Kris Kobach, a former Overland Park City Council member. (Submit a question early for Moore). Joe Bellis, a Libertarian from Overland Park, and Richard Wells, a Reform Party candidate from Olathe, will also be on the 3rd District ballot.
