Marilu Goodyear, vice provost for information services at Kansas University, has announced her plans to leave KU at the end of the school year.

Goodyear, who has led information services since 1999, in July will begin a one-year research appointment with the EDUCAUSE Center for Applied Research in Boulder, Colo.

Denise Stephens, a former director of the Anschutz Library and current acting university librarian at Syracuse University, will take over the position.

Information services includes technology, networking, printing and library services.
