Boyd Edward Bushnell

? Services for Boyd Edward Bushnell, 64, Kansas City, Kan., will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Amos Family Chapel of Lenexa. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Kansas City, Kan.

Mr. Bushnell died Tuesday, May 11, 2004, at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan.

He was born Oct. 18, 1939, in Eureka, the son of Joe and Mabel Hayes Bushnell. He graduated from West Mineral High School in 1957.

Mr. Bushnell was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He managed injection and blow molding in the plastics industry for 35 years. He was later a truck driver for Watkins Motor Lines until he retired in 1998.

He was a Mason.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby Bushnell, Kansas City, Kan.; two daughters, Jennene Miller, Tonganoxie, and Jolene Bushnell, Las Vegas; a son, Joe, Lawrence; three stepsons, Robert Maxwell, San Jose, Calif., James Maxwell, Oklahoma City, and Shane Maxwell, Topeka; two grandchildren; eight stepgrandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A stepdaughter died earlier.

Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the chapel.
