Mary Jane Delligatti

? Mass of Christian burial for Mary Jane Delligatti, 86, Eudora, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Eudora Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial services are pending.

Mrs. Delligatti died Friday, May 7, 2004, at the Pioneer Ridge Retirement Community in Lawrence.

She was born Nov. 20, 1917, in Atlantic, Iowa, the daughter of Lovell H. and Gladys Glines Hall.

Mrs. Delligatti grew up in Camdenton, Mo., and graduated from high school there. She worked at the Sunflower Plant in De Soto during the Korean War and World War II. She also was a clothing buyer for Macy’s department store in Shawnee.

Mrs. Delligatti and her husband owned a business when they lived in New Jersey.

She married Henry Delligatti in 1949 in Pennsylvania. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include a sister, Ruth Jacque Reese, Eudora; and a brother, John Arthor Hall, Lee’s Summit, Mo.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, where the family will greet them after a 7 p.m. rosary Monday at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorials to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation, sent in care of the funeral home.
