KU baseball at NU postponed until today

Lincoln, Neb. — Kansas University’s scheduled baseball game with 20th-ranked Nebraska on Saturday was called off because of bad weather and will be made up as part of a doubleheader today.

KU (21-10-1 overall, 0-1 Big 12 Conference) lost the series opener, 3-2, Friday. NU improved to 15-4, 1-0 with the win.

Today’s doubleheader will begin at noon.

KU golf fifth

Tucson, Ariz. — Freshman Amanda Costner is tied for second place, leading the Kansas University women’s golf squad at the Mountain View Collegiate. Costner shot a two-round total of 143, helping the Jayhawks heading into the final round.

The event concludes today.
