The bride-to-be is the daughter of Frank and Marilyn Harbaugh, Emporia. She is a graduate of Emporia High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education from Emporia State University. She is a physical education teacher at Edwardsville Elementary School.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Lawrence High School. He received an associate’s degree from The Art Institute of Houston. He is photo editor at the Emporia Gazette.

Rice-Disberger

The prospective groom is a graduate of Council Grove High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree and master’s degree in agriculture education from KSU. He is an agricultural instructor and livestock judging coach at Hutchinson Community College.

The future groom is the son of Blaine Bickel, Leawood, and Linda Lambright, Overland Park. He is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration in 2002 from KU. He plans to graduate from Washburn University Law School in 2005.
