OZARK, ARK. ? Services for Mary Juanita (Lindsey) Bohn, 64, Ozark, were Monday at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark. Burial was in Highland Cemetery, Ozark.

Mrs. Bohn died Thursday, March 11, 2004, at her home.

She was born Aug. 11, 1939, in Mountain Top, the daughter of Steve David and Vera Molly (Davis) Lindsey.

Mrs. Bohn was retired from the food service industry. She was a Protestant.

Her husband, William Bohn, died earlier.

Survivors include three daughters, Ann Clark, Lenexa, Kan., Donna Davis, Tonganoxie, Kan., and Susan Wood, Lecompton, Kan.; a son, David Nichols, Lawrence, Kan.; four sisters, Jewell Woolsey, Russellville, Alice Hiner, Red Bluff, Calif., Ruby Wyers, Stockport, Ohio, and Linda Ryan, Mulberry; a brother, Floyd Lindsey, Springdale; and seven grandchildren.
