Lawrence High’s Derek Holland will play baseball for Baker University in 2005, Wildcat head coach Phil Hannon announced Tuesday.

Holland was a pitcher and second baseman for the Lions. He was a Junior Legion All-Star in 2002 for the Lawrence Mavericks. Holland also intends to play basketball for the Wildcats.
