About 100 new jobs are headed to North Lawrence’s I-70 Business Center.

Officials with Home Oxygen 2-U confirmed today that they have leased 17,000 square feet of space in the facility that formerly was the Tanger Factory Outlet Mall.

The new office will be a customer service center for the business, which sells a product that allows people who use oxygen tanks for breathing assistance to refill their tanks in their homes.

Tamra Henson, the manager of the Lawrence location, said about 85 of the jobs will be call center employees who take orders for the product, while another 15 employees will be administrative professionals.

The company is the second business to announce it is moving to the center in the last week. Late last week, officials with the Topeka-based home security firm Protection One announced they would move the company’s corporate headquarters to the center later this year.
