The schedule for a book signing by Thomas Frank for his book “What’s the Matter with Kansas?” has changed.

The author will appear at 7 p.m. June 14 at the Lawrence Arts Center, 940 N.H.

The event is free. Excerpts from Frank’s book recently were published as a cover story in Harper’s Magazine and the Journal-World.

The Raven Bookstore, 6 E. Seventh St., is sponsoring the event and will have Frank’s book for sale during the signing.
