Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean and grain futures sank lower Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for September delivery fell 6 cents to $3.39 1/2 a bushel; September corn fell 3 1/4 cents to $2.44 3/4 a bushel; September oats fell 2 1/2 cents to $1.35 1/2 a bushel; August soybeans fell 18 1/2 cents to $7.67 1/2 a bushel.

Beef futures finished mixed while pork futures declined on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. August live cattle rose .23 cent to 83.90 cents a pound; August feeder cattle fell .03 cent to $1.1352 a pound; August lean hogs fell .82 cent to 75.50 cents a pound; August pork bellies fell .75 cent to $1.1102 a pound.
