Herbert Mason Folks

— Services for Herbert Mason Folks, 85, Chula Vista, will be at 2 p.m. today at Little Chapel of the Roses in Bonita. Burial will be at Glen Abbey Memorial Park, Bonita.

Mr. Folks died Sunday, July 4, 2004, at Sharp Memorial Hospital, Chula Vista.

He was born Feb. 23, 1919, in Kansas, the son of Guy Mason and Eunice E. Manter Folks.

He served in the Air Force during World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby M. Folks, Chula Vista; two daughters, Beverly Parker and Mary Kay Engleman, both of San Diego; a son, Keith, San Diego; a sister, Marjorie Black, Lawrence, Kan.; a brother, Richard, Bonner Springs, Kan.; and seven grandchildren.

Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary, Bonita, is handling arrangements.
