Richard F. Bull

Eudora ? Services for Richard F. Bull, 54, De Soto, will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at Holy Family Catholic Church in Eudora. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Leavenworth National Cemetery.

Mr. Bull died Sunday, Jan. 25, 2004, at his home.

He was born May 24, 1949, in Chicago, the son of Richard and Mary Bull. He moved to De Soto in 1989.

Mr. Bull joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1968 and retired after 22 years of service. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 6654 and the Marine Corps League. He also worked for Ree’s Security and had his own garage door business.

He married Glenda Istas on July 31, 1972. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include a son, Richard S., Shawnee; a daughter, Heather L. Kirk, Lawrence; and four grandchildren.

A rosary will be said at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel in De Soto, where family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
