Portrait exhibit, comedy among weekend entertainment offerings

An exhibition of 80 portraits by New York Times photographer Chester Higgins that explore the aging process by picturing everyday black Americans in their twilight years opened Friday at the American Jazz Museum’s Changing Gallery. “Elder Grace: The Nobility of Aging” remains on view through March 7.
