Wava L. Ninemires

PRAIRIE VILLAGE ? Services for Wava L. Ninemires, 82, Olathe, will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Southminster Presbyterian Church in Prairie Village. Cremation is planned.

Mrs. Ninemires died Thursday, Feb. 19, 2004, at Aberdeen Village in Olathe.

She was born May 11, 1921, in Selden, the daughter of Norman and Lois Nelson. She attended schools in Topeka, graduated from Topeka High School and attended Strickler’s Business College. She moved to Mission in 1953 and lived there until 2001, when she moved to Aberdeen Village.

Mrs. Ninemires worked in the offices of Southminster Presbyterian Church and Old Westport Medical Office.

She married E. Leonard Ninemires on June 5, 1943. He died in May 1986.

Survivors include a daughter, Jeanine Morton, Lawrence, and three grandchildren.

Family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until service time Sunday at the church.

The family suggests memorials to the church, sent in care of Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 14275 S. Blackbob Road, Olathe 66062-2021.
