Terry Lyn Chaput

CLAY CENTER ? Services for Terry Lyn Chaput, 50, Topeka, will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Clay Center. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Clay Center.

Mr. Chaput died Thursday, Feb. 12, 2004, at his home.

He was born Oct. 3, 1953, in Clay Center, the son of Alcid and Bernice (Begnoche) Chaput. He attended elementary school in Junction City and graduated from Junction City Senior High School in 1971.

Mr. Chaput worked at the Kmart Distribution Center for 25 years as a freight handler and forklift operator. He was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Topeka.

Survivors include his mother, Marion; a brother, Gary, Marion; and two sisters, Darlene Crawford, Clay Center, and Jean Boles, Lubbock, Texas.

A son, Jason, died earlier.

Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home in Clay Center, where a vigil service will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday.

The family suggests donations to the charity of the donor’s choice.
