William Lee Ready Sr.

Tonganoxie ? Services for William Lee Ready Sr., 73, Apache Junction, Ariz., will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Tonganoxie Christian Church. Burial will be in Easton Cemetery.

Mr. Ready died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2004, in Phoenix.

He was born Oct. 13, 1930, in Easton, the son of Dana and Maude (Feverly) Ready.

A former Basehor resident, Mr. Ready had been a driver for Consolidated Freightways in Kansas City, Mo.

Survivors include two sons, William Jr. and Dean, both of Tonganoxie; a daughter, Janet Starke, Phoenix; a sister, Lois Humphrey, Reno, Nev.; and a grandson.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Quisenberry Funeral Home, Tonganoxie.
