Green services

Perry ? Services for L. Pauline Green, 87, Topeka, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Perry United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Perry.

Mrs. Green died Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004, at Aldersgate Village in Topeka.

She was born June 22, 1916, in Harveyville, the daughter of Ulysses Grant and Myrtle Eva Angel Dick.

Mrs. Green was a teacher for 10 years in Lyon and Jefferson counties. She was a member of Perry United Methodist Church.

She married Erwin N. Jensen on Jan. 28, 1939, in Yates Center. He died in July 1941. She married Garland E. Green on Aug. 17, 1946, in Topeka. He died Jan. 17, 1998.

Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Combs, Burlington, and Patricia Green, Mountain Falls, Colo.; a stepson, Verlin D. Green, Perry; a sister, Hazel Loggains, Derby; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the church, where the family will receive them from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday.
