Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures advanced while grain futures moved mostly higher Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 4 cents to $3.07 1/2 a bushel; March corn rose 1 1/2 cent to $2.04 3/4 a bushel; March oats fell 1 cent to $1.56 1/4 a bushel; January soybeans rose 1 cent to $5.47 3/4 a bushel.

Beef futures declined while pork futures finished mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. February live cattle fell .80 cent to 87.82 cents a pound; January feeder cattle fell 1.25 cent to $1.018 a pound; February lean hogs rose 1.05 cent to 76.40 cents a pound.
