Topeka ? The Kansas Supreme Court will file its decision in the school finance case on Monday.

The opinion will be posted at 9:30 a.m. on the court’s Web site at www.kscourts.org, according to court officials.

A state district judge declared the $2.7 billion school finance system unconstiutional, saying it shortchanged all students, especially minorities and those with disabilities.

The state appealed to the state Supreme Court.

State officials have been anxiously awaiting the court’s decision.
