Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures climbed higher Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Grain futures finished mixed.

Wheat for March delivery fell 5 1/2 cents to $2.96 1/2 a bushel; March corn fell 1 3/4 cent to $2.01 1/4 a bushel; March oats rose 1 1/4 cent to $1.54 1/2 a bushel; January soybeans rose 6 1/2 cents to $5.33 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures retreated on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle fell .10 cent to 86.60 cents a pound; January feeder cattle fell .28 cent to $1.0057 a pound; February lean hogs fell .07 cent to 71.60 cents a pound; February pork bellies fell .70 cent to 96.57 cents a pound.
