Betty June Foley

? Services for Betty June Foley, 82, Chula Vista, will be at noon Friday at Little Chapel of the Roses in Glen Abby in Bonita.

Mrs. Foley died of lung cancer on Monday, Aug. 23, 2004, at her home.

She was born June 11, 1922, Vinita, Okla., the daughter of William and Nellie Plum Allmon.

Mrs. Foley worked at Bank of America in Chula Vista, where she retired as assistant vice president in 1982. She was a treasurer of the Chula Vista Boys & Girls Club, and had been a house mother at Kappa Sigma fraternity at Baker University in Baldwin, Kan. She volunteered at Sharp Hospital in Chula Vista.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Chula Vista.

Survivors include two sons, Bill Foley, Bonita, and Jack Schreiner, Lawrence, Kan.; a daughter, Linda Nistler, Squires, Mo.; a brother, Jack Allmon, Claude, Texas; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
