Lorna Marie Craig Stullken

? Memorial services for Lorna Marie Craig Stullken, 69, Topeka, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Topeka.

Mrs. Stullken died Sunday, Aug. 22, 2004, at her home of complications from lung cancer. She was cremated.

She was born March 23, 1935, in Lawrence, the daughter of Lloyd Ellsworth Craig and Anna Marie Owens.

She lived in the Vinland community through her school years and came back to Vinland to teach home economics after earning her bachelor’s degree in education at Kansas University. She also taught at Plainville High School and substituted at Garden City High School and several Topeka schools.

She was active in church activities, and in later years volunteered as a guide at Ward-Meade Park and the annual ERC home show. She also volunteered as an ombudsman for the Kansas Long Term Care program.

She married Lloyd E. Stullken on Aug. 11, 1956. He survives, of the home.

Other survivors include four daughters, Leslie Stullken, Fairway, Ida Stullken, Kansas City, Kan., Amanda Kaiser, Milan, Mich., and Katrina All, Topeka; a son, Hans Stullken, Noblesville, Ind.; and five grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to Our Savior’s Lutheran Church of Topeka, the Topeka Rescue Mission or the Southern Poverty Law Center, Montgomery, Ala.
