Jackson, Mich. ? Lawrence’s Bob Glass is in 48th place after Monday’s second round of the PBA Senior Jackson Open at Airport Lanes. Glass rolled a two-round pinfall total of 3,188, which wasn’t enough to qualify for today’s third round. Only the top 45 finishers advanced.

Roger Bowker of Ocala, Fla., leads the event after a 16-game score of 3,597. His first game Monday was a 300.

PBA Senior Tour Rookie of the Year candidate David Ozio of Beaumont, Texas, is in second place at 3,587. Gary Smith of E. Peoria, Ill., is third (3,537), while Ted Staikoff of Black Hawk, S.D., is fourth (3,517).

Don Patterson, a 50-year old newcomer from Knoxville, Tenn., is fifth with 3,508.

Glass still is the leading money winner on the PBA Senior Tour this year, earning $28,600.
