Ottawa Graveside services for Daniel Bernard Sunday, 19, Ottawa, will be at 2 p.m. today in Oak Hill Cemetery in Quenemo.
Mr. Sunday died Friday, April 23, 2004, at his home.
He was born Sept. 20, 1984, in Kansas City, Mo., the son of Gary Lee Jr. and Susan A. Sunday. He lived in Pomona for four years before moving to Ottawa a year ago. He moved to Pomona from Lyndon.
Mr. Sunday worked in residential construction. He had worked for D & M Roofing in Pomona for five years.
Survivors include his father, Kansas City, Kan.; his mother, Pomona; his stepfather, Dennis Moulthrop, Pomona; two brothers, Billy and Cory, both of Pomona; a sister, Shannan Sunday, Pomona; a half-brother, Josh Sunday, Kansas City, Kan.; four grandparents, Gayle and Gary Lee Sunday Sr., Leavenworth, and Mary and Jack Moulthrop, Louisburg; and a great-grandmother, Virgie McGaughy, Waco, Texas.
Friends may call after 8 a.m. today at Dengel & Son Mortuary in Ottawa, where family will receive them at 12:30 p.m. today and then proceed to the cemetery.
The family suggests memorials to the Daniel Sunday Space Camp Scholarship Fund, sent in care of the mortuary, 235 S. Hickory St., Ottawa 66067.
