Lonnie Samuel Bundy

? Services for Lonnie Samuel Bundy, 73, Tonganoxie, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Heartland Church of the Nazarene in Tonganoxie. Burial will be in Hubbel Hill Cemetery in Tonganoxie.

Mr. Bundy died Tuesday, April 13, 2004, at his home.

He was born Jan. 21, 1931, in Kansas City, Kan., the son of Samuel L. and Helen Holwick Bundy.

Mr. Bundy was a Korean War veteran of the U.S. Navy and had worked as a lineman for Kansas City Power and Light Co. for 32 years. He was a member of Heartland Church of the Nazarene and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers local 1464 in Kansas City, Mo.

He married Marilyn Campbell on Feb. 10, 1955, in Tonganoxie. She survives, of the home.

Other survivors include three sons, Douglas, Tonganoxie, and Dennis and Donald, both of McLouth; a daughter, Debbie Miller, Tonganoxie; a brother, Melvin, Tonganoxie; two sisters, Nona Smith, Tonganoxie, and Carol Zule, Leavenworth; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A son, Daniel D., died in 1967. A grandson died in 1996.

Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Quisenberry Funeral Home chapel in Tonganoxie.
