Olathe ? Behind a 15-hit attack and a solid pitching performance from senior Ryne Price, the Free State High baseball team socked Olathe Northwest, 13-2, Wednesday.

Price struck out seven and walked just two in six innings. Offensively, he went 4-for-5 with three runs and three RBI. Sophomore Brett Lisher also went 4-for-5 for the Firebirds.

Scott Heitshusen slammed his first home of the season and added two RBI.

Free State (3-0) will play today at Claremore, Okla., before beginning play Friday in the 4 State Baseball Festival at Fayetteville, Ark.
