The bride-to-be is a Tonganoxie High School graduate. She received a master’s degree in special education at Kansas University. She teaches first grade at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas.

The couple plan a March 13, 2004, wedding at United Methodist Church in Tonganoxie.

Willems-Brooks

The bride-to-be is a 2001 home school graduate. She attended Johnson County Community College for two years. She is a junior in Kansas University’s school of social welfare. She plans to graduate in May 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in social work. She is employed with Darryl Graves professional law corporation.

The future groom is a 1999 home school graduate. He is a senior at KU. He plans to graduate in December with a degree in Latin American studies. He is employed at Display Direct Inc.

The couple plan a Jan. 3, 2004, wedding at Mustard Seed Christian Fellowship in Lawrence.
