Condition reports

  • Natalie Gump, 77, who was injured Nov. 13 in a two-vehicle, head-on collision near Midland Junction, remained in critical condition Saturday at University of Kansas Hospital, Kansas City, Kan.
  • Sharon Stumpf, 21, Oskaloosa, remained in critical condition Saturday at KU Hospital, where she was taken after a one-vehicle accident Nov. 21 in Oskaloosa.

Burglaries and thefts reported

  • A local law firm, Collister & Kampschroeder at 3311 Clinton Parkway, reported the theft of two Gateway-brand computers, monitors, a 13-inch television, and $50 worth of coins, among other belongings. The items, worth a total of $3,561, were taken between Nov. 21 and Nov. 23, police reports said.
  • An in-dash compact disc/stereo player, a messenger bag and 10 Kansas University library books were among items reported taken from a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Elm Street on Nov. 22. The items, estimated to be worth $1,930, were taken between 10:30 a.m. Nov. 22 and 7 p.m. Nov. 23, police reports said.
