Jeanne Roth

Mrs. Roth died Wednesday, May 21, 2003, at Olathe Medical Center. She was cremated.

She was born April 30, 1929, in Ottawa, the daughter of John Albert and Clara (Finch) Baldwin. She graduated from Ottawa High School in 1947 and was a lifelong Ottawa resident.

Mrs. Roth was a homemaker and member of First United Methodist Church in Ottawa.

She married John D. Roth on July 7, 1949, in Baldwin. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include a daughter, Colleen Adams, Ottawa; two sons, J.D. Roth Jr. and Ricky Lee Roth, both of Ottawa; a sister, Helen Story, Washington; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A son, Roy Roth, died earlier.

The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Dengel & Son Mortuary in Ottawa.

The family suggests memorials to Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 5901 Auxiliary, sent in care of the mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa 66067.
