George C. Miller

? Services for George C. Miller, 90, Holiday Island, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holiday Island Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Miller died Saturday, May 10, 2003, in Eureka Springs. He was born Nov. 7, 1912, in Peru, Ill., the son of John F. and Minnie B. (Wheeler) Miller.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving as a special agent of the Counter Intelligence Corps during World War II. He went on to work as sales manager for Nissan Motor Corp.

Mr. Miller was a member of the Holiday Island Presbyterian Church, the Elks Lodge in Holiday Island and the Holiday Island Men’s Golf Assn.

He married Frances E. Radcliff on Dec. 21, 1980. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include a son, Paul F., Lawrence, Kan.; a stepdaughter, Bonnie J. Cain, Marshfield, Wis.; and two grandchildren.

Nelson Funeral Service, Eureka Springs, was in charge of arrangements.
