¢ A 20-year-old Lawrence man was arrested by Lawrence Police and booked Friday night in the Douglas County Jail on suspicion of rape, aggravated indecent liberty and failure to appear. Bail was set at $20,080. Police were not able to offer any details on the arrest Saturday. The suspect’s name was made available, but the Journal-World’s policy is to not identify sex-crime suspects unless they are convicted.
