Planning Commission

Development plan for Tuckaway North on table

Bottom Line

The Planning Commission will consider a preliminary development plan for Tuckaway North, a 250-unit “exclusive residential community” on 32 acres at the northwest corner of Kasold Drive and Peterson Road.

Background

The Planning Commission has plans to avoid any more 2 a.m. meetings like it had in February. A note on the agenda warns that the meeting will be recessed after the Lone Oak conditional-use permit issue if two meetings are needed — the official announcement will come at “10 p.m. or thereabouts” on the night of the meeting. The meeting would resume at 6:30 p.m. Monday if a second session is needed.
