Cleveland ? The Cleveland Cavaliers signed guard Tierre Brown for the rest of the season Monday.

The 6-foot-2 Brown, who signed a 10-day contract with Cleveland March 3, averaged 1.2 points and 1.4 assists in five games.

He played 40 games with the Houston Rockets last season. Cavaliers rookie guard Dajuan Wagner is out for the year after arthroscopic knee surgery Friday.
