Rachael Ann Nave

? Services for Rachael Ann Nave, 18, McLouth, will be at noon Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Leavenworth. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Tonganoxie.

Ms. Nave died Monday, March 10, 2003, at the home of friends in Lansing.

She was born July 28, 1984, in Independence, Mo., the daughter of Joseph O. and Cheryl Ann (Caldwell) Nave. She had lived in rural McLouth since 1989.

Ms. Nave attended McLouth public schools, Oskaloosa High School and Schlagle High School in Kansas City, Kan., where she participated in basketball. She also was a Red Cross certified life guard. She was a member of the Leavenworth Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors include her parents, McLouth; a brother, Michael Nave, Las Vegas; two sisters, Christina Nave and Hannah Nave, both of the home; paternal grandmother, Roma Nave, Tonganoxie; maternal grandparents, Alan and Joyce Caldwell, Overland Park; and maternal great-grandmother, Grace Daneker, Overland Park.

Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at Barnett Funeral Home in Oskaloosa. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to service time Friday at the church.
