Austin, Texas ? Stacy Stephens scored 28 points and No. 5 Texas clinched at least a share of its first Big 12 Conference regular-season title Wednesday night with a 78-66 win over Oklahoma.
Heather Schreiber scored 16 points, and Tai Dillard added 10 for the Longhorns (22-5, 15-1), who finished the regular season with a perfect 15-0 record at the Frank Erwin Center.
Texas hadn’t gone unbeaten at home since the 1985-86 season, when the Longhorns went on to become the first women’s undefeated national champion.
