Audrey Jean McCoy

? Services for Audrey Jean McCoy, 64, Orange, were in Orange. A family memorial was Sunday in Lawrence, Kan.

Mrs. McCoy died Feb. 26, 2003, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Orange Hospital. She was cremated.

She was born in 1938 in Quincy, Kan., the daughter of Otis and Velma (Reynard) Bone. She moved with her family in 1941 to Lawrence and attended Lawrence public schools and Brachett Rural School.

She worked at Hallmark Cards, University Printing and McCoy Shoe Store. She later owned and operated McCoy Frame and Artist Supply Shop in Orange with her husband. She was an artist.

She married Richard McCoy. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include a son, Gary McCoy, Lawrence, Kan.; two daughters, Kaycee McCoy, Jasper, and Jinx Reed, Orange; two brothers, Melvin Bone, Lawrence, and Marvin Bone, Denver; a sister, Cauletaus “Clete” Stroda, Lawrence; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Dorman Funeral Home, Orange, was in charge of arrangements.
