Wang-Moss

Susie Marie Wang, Lawrence, and Mick Dean Moss, Hoxie, were married March 2, 2002, at First United Methodist Church in Lawrence with the Rev. Sharon Howell officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Alan and Sharon Wang, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Rick and Audrey Moss, Hoxie.

Matron of honor was Dena Sampel. Best man was Aaron Krannawitter. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Brinkley, Erica Gudenkauf, Jennifer Olliges, Aly Smith and Jill Sullivan. Groomsmen were Joe Dechant, Joe Moss, Josh Moss, Eric Stumpenhaus and Ryan Welshhon.

Ushers were Shane Grebel and Eric Meier. Guest book attendants were Pam Erwin and Sheila Krannawitter. Program attendants were Diahn Moss and Amy Sullivan. Dan Abrahamson was organist. Carol Abrahamson was soloist.

A reception took place in the ballroom of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of Lawrence High School. She received a bachelor’s degree in human development and family life from Kansas University in 2001. She was a member of Kappa Delta sorority. She is a wellness coordinator for the wellness/toxicology division at Clinical Reference Laboratory in Lenexa.

The groom is a 1995 graduate of Hoxie High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications management in 2002 from DeVry University. He is a system engineer IV for Sprint PCS in Lenexa.

The couple reside in Olathe.

Abel-Charbonneau

Audrey Lynn Abel and Kelly Kirk Charbonneau, both of Eudora, were married Dec. 28, 2002, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Eudora, with the Rev. Raymond Burger officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Danny and Linda Abel, Eudora. The groom is the son of Kirk and Judy Charbonneau, Eudora.

Maid of honor was Kylee Foster. Best man was Kirk Charbonneau. Bridesmaids were Nikki Abel and Jill Lammers. Groomsmen were Ryan Fulks and John O’Brien.

Flower girl was Brooke Abel. Ring bearers were Kyle Abel and Graham Hill.

Vocalists were Joshua Abel, Brandi Abel, Andrea Laws and Mark Laws. Organist was Maureen Henderson. Ushers were John Abel and Laurin Hill. Lectors were Ron Abel and Chris Abel. Gift bearers were Michael and Mary Jane Harris. Servers were Mark Abel and Morgan Abel. The guest book attendant was Sheri Hill. Katelyn Abel and Kendal Abel handed out programs.

A reception followed in the parish hall at the church. Cake table attendants were Geraldine Thomas, Malyn Crawford and Theresa Abel. A buffet dinner and dance followed the reception at Fall Leaf Farm, Linwood. Susan Crawford catered the dinner.

The bride is a graduate of Eudora High School. She earned a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Saint Mary College, Leavenworth. She teaches fourth grade at Tomahawk Elementary School, Olathe.

The groom graduated from Eudora High School. He graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor of science in park resource management and a secondary major in natural resources and environmental sciences. He is employed by the Eudora Police Department.

The couple reside in Eudora.
