Erma D. Leeman

Topeka ? Services for Erma D. Leeman, 76, Topeka, formerly of Williamstown, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Oakland Christian Church, Topeka. Burial will be in Newman-Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Leeman died Sunday, June 29, 2003, at Alterra Sterling House, Topeka.

She was born June 23, 1927, in Dover, the daughter of Thomas E. and Effie (Osburn) Henner. She lived in Topeka for 12 years after moving from Williamstown.

Mrs. Leeman worked for Josten’s American Yearbook Co., Topeka, before retiring in 1980.

She was a member of Oakland Christian Church.

She married Ernest E. Leeman on Nov. 17, 1949, in Ottawa. He died June 1, 2001.

Survivors include two sons, Merle D. Leeman, Tonkawa, Okla., and Richard E. Leeman, Topeka; a stepdaughter, Gloria Ballard, Rogers, Ark.; two stepgrandchildren and four stepgreat-grand children.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Barnett Funeral Home in Oskaloosa.
