Evelyn Helen Miller

Mrs. Miller died Tuesday, June 17, 2003, at Alterra Sterling House in Lawrence.

She was born on Oct. 10, 1915, in Duluth, the daughter of Frank Edward and Marie Charlotte (Itten) Brunkow. She graduated in 1935 from Onaga High School.

Mrs. Miller was a homemaker. She also worked in several garment factories in Onaga and Holton. She was active in the home development unit at Onaga Hospital Auxiliary.

She married Martin Bellows Miller on Nov. 26, 1936, in Duluth. He died in 1983.

Survivors include a son, Kent Edward Miller, Baldwin; and three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at Tessendorf Chapel Oaks Funeral Home, Onaga.

The family suggests memorials to New Hope Lutheran Church, or a charity of the donor’s choice.
