Commission to meet

Atwood — The Kansas Wildlife and Parks Commission will conduct a public meeting and hearing June 26 in Atwood. The afternoon public meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. at Aberdeen Steakhouse in Atwood. The evening public hearing will begin at 7 p.m. at the same location. The public is invited to all sessions.

Wahl, Jacobs winners

Ben Jacobs and David Wahl combined to win the Lawrence Fish and Outdoor Club tournament on May 18 at Leavenworth State Lake. Aaron Landis and Troy White were runners-up. Jacobs caught the biggest fish, an 181/2 -inch largemouth bass.
