Salina ? One woman was killed and at least nine people were injured Friday night when a church van blew a tire and rolled on Interstate 70 near Salina, authorities said.

Saline County Sheriff Glen Kochanowski said a 29-year-old woman was killed after the van’s left rear tire popped and the van rolled in the median about 5:30 p.m., three miles west of Salina. The woman and several others were ejected, Kochanowski said.

The van was carrying 13 members of the Ozark Prairie Baptist Assn. The victims were not identified.
