Randal D. McCollum

Meriden ? Services for Randal D. McCollum, 40, Topeka, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Jefferson Assembly of God Church north of Meriden. Burial will be at St. Aloysius Cemetery, Meriden.

Mr. McCollum died Tuesday, June 3, 2003, in an accident on U.S. Highway 40 east of Tecumseh.

He was born Feb. 11, 1963, in Flagstaff, Ariz., the son of Dean and Donna (Faunce) McCollum. He graduated from Jefferson West High School in 1981 and from Kaw Area Technical School, Topeka.

Mr. McCollum worked as a lead maintenance man and safety chairman for Heinz-Del Monte Pet Products Co. in Lawrence for eight years.

Survivors include his father, Leawood; two sons, Keith B. and Brandon J., Meriden; two brothers, Larry, Las Vegas, and Bryan, California, a stepgrandmother, Christina Faunce, Meriden; and a grandson.

A son, Theodore, died on Feb. 16, 2003.

The family will greet friends from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at Barnett’s Meriden Funeral Chapel.
