Free State’s Matt Lane and Matt Berner and Eudora’s Andrew Pyle will play in one of the two Kansas Association of Baseball Coaches all-star games Saturday at Hoglund Ballpark.

Lane, Berner and Pyle will play for the Gray team that will meet the Blue at 3:30 p.m. A Red-White game is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. at Kansas University’s stadium.

Lane, a pitcher/first baseman, and Berner, a shortstop, were named to the KABC All-Class 6A second team. Pyle, a shortstop/second baseman, made the KABC Class 4A first team.

Dana Taliaferro of Elk Valley will coach the Gray team. The other head coaches are Dan Hypse of Jefferson West (Blue), Rocky Helm of Maize (Red) and Jeff Langher of Great Bend (White).
