Dianna Meek

SPRINGFIELD, MO. ? Services for Dianna Neal Meek, 80, Springfield, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Thieme-Shadel-Hicks Funeral Service at Midtown, Springfield. Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery, Springfield.

Mrs. Meek died Friday, July 11, 2003, in her home.

She was born Aug. 5, 1922, in Jefferson City, the daughter of Samuel Owen and Olive C. Woods. The family moved to Springfield in 1931.

She married Robert L. Meek on Sept. 18, 1940, in Forsyth. He died earlier.

Survivors include two sons, Samuel Meek, of California, and Thomas Lee Meek, Lawrence, Kan.; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
