Topeka ? Lawrence High’s wrestling squad breezed through a dual Wednesday at Topeka West, pummeling the host Chargers, 75-6, and topping Topeka High, 43-29.

Aaron Madill improved to 22-0 at the 160-pound class after two victories, and Chris Hultine snared two wins and improved to 16-0.

Senior Kenny Poeverlein won two forfeited matches for the Lions, improving his season record at the 275-pound class to 18-1.

Lawrence is in action again Jan. 24-25 at the Blue Valley Northwest Invitational.
