A 27-year-old Lawrence man was arrested Tuesday on charges of possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia, according a Douglas County arrest report. Bail was set at $3,000 for the first charge and $500 for the second, but the man was released later Tuesday afternoon because no relative charges were filed with the district attorney.
