Grossman up in air on NFL

? Rex Grossman is going to hold Florida in suspense for a little while longer.

The junior quarterback said Wednesday that he has not made up his mind about whether he’ll return to the Gators for another season in an offense that did little to help his stock in the NFL draft.

“I’m not quite sure how I feel now. I’ve got a huge headache and I really have no idea what’s going on,” he said. “I honestly haven’t made up my mind.”

Grossman struggled in the system installed by first-year offensive coordinator Ed Zaunbrecher, hardly resembling the quarterback who threw for 34 touchdowns and 12 interceptions last year.

After last season, he was projected as a late-first, early second-round pick. But this season, he threw for 22 touchdowns and 17 interceptions.

Grossman did not offer a timetable for announcing a decision.
